Compass Refrigeration is your locally owned and operated  team made up of Phil, & son Jayden.

Phil has always been in the faming industry and has spent the last 15 years working in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, before starting the business in 2019. Previously working with another local refrigeration company for many years, Phil has an extensive  amount of knowledge in the industry.

Jayden has worked in Matamata in both Trade and Customer services and has been known in the community for his bubbly personality and dedication to the job.
